Donna White: The out of state user fee did pass the legislature and will be in effect this year. Discussion on supplemental funding and the good possibility of being audited. Accurate record keeping is a must. Talks on tying OWI’s on recreational vehicles to driver’s licenses have been taking place; the issue is on the back burner for now. Yellowstone issues are up in the air right now. Donna got the pull tab license.

CRP lands must be reseeded or repaired in damaged by snowmobile trails. Need contracts back by October meeting.

Old Business: John Falter will submit info to the Portage paper on the scholarship winner. Need applications in for next year. Map updates and new ads are drop dead due at the October meeting. Raffle tickets will be ready at the November meeting. Malorie Storey was elected as CCASC’s Miss Snow Flake and MMS&C to pay her entrance fee and room fee for one night not to exceed $200. Please get club contact info to Gregg Johnson asap.

New Business: Fall workshop is coming up October 24, 25, & 26 in Stevens Point. Be aware of flooded or iced over fields this winter. Clubs should seek landowner opinions of the 9 day gun hunt from Christmas to New Years. Gregg mentioned that trail signs are going up Oct. 1st.
